A Clear View of Your Organisation

Our Organisational Structure is built using ‘nodes’ – each representing a specific location within your business, from your Head Office and DC through to each Region, Area and individual Location. These nodes are arranged into a hierarchical Org Tree, allowing for simple, intuitive navigation up and down the structure.

At every level, employees are assigned to their respective locations, ensuring permission-based accessibility that aligns with their responsibilities. Front-line staff are connected to their store or department, managers oversee multiple locations, and area and regional managers have a broader scope of access. This structure not only enables efficient communication but also ensures that every individual has visibility of the information most relevant to them.

Additionally, each location node stores key attributes; such as location-specific policies, unique characteristics, and filtered reporting access. This visibility extends into the User Directory, making it easy to find the right contacts and related information within the Org Tree filters.

A Robust Permissions System

  • Controlled data access: Managers can adjust permissions within their scope, such as making a team member into a Key Holder and therefore automatically assigning additional training etc. but they cannot access people located outside their purview, in other departments or locations, preventing administrative errors and maintaining structural integrity.

Every location is more than just a name in a system; they also have the ability to be set up with unique attributes that influence user access, training requirements, and compliance measures.
