Link unlimited items from the Knowledge Base and attach a few follow up questions (with multiple choice answers) to either quiz your people or get basic feedback or confirmation.
This could be used for handbook sign off or the sharing of newsletters. Though for more complex information sharing or where you really want to check knowledge acquisition, we recommend you deploy an MSCP entity or two.

Information sharing doesn’t get more simple than a basic banner message.
For new launches or emergency messages, a simple text banner can be added to the top of your platform. These can include a link to another location (such as an introduction video before first login) and can be filtered to certain groups of people e.g. Managers only.
