The Organisational Structure
In a multi-site enterprise business, there are many locations split into areas and regions, with head offices and often distribution centres or even international sites too. Often, the only people who know the full structure are a few people in the Head Office making it difficult for the wider company to know about its own structure.
Via Inform People’s Virtual PA you have access to a visible Organisational Structure that everyone’s profiles live within can provide an accurate overview of every location. Inform People’s solution incorporates Organisational Attributes that control access and permissions too.
Attributes such as “has an escalator”, “asbestos” or “in Scotland” can be assigned directly within the Org structure and can be specific or inheritable to the locations and even users below. This allows for learning or audits to be assigned by location when situations dictate different information. E.g. Asbestos training for those specific venues or different alcohol licensing laws per country.
Incorporated into the Org Structure views are also reporting overviews from most modules; easy to filter based on your own account’s placement in the org structure and providing simple views of data with clickthrough access to additional details and downloads.
