Inform People provide a blended learning experience through a combination of modules giving a mix of online and offline options.
Tied, as always, to your people’s job titles and locations, we also use attributes that are part of the Profile page so that learning is assigned in the most straightforward way from the moment an account is created. It will be relevant to their role, their surroundings and their aspirations as they develop with you.


Learning Challenges
Every role needs something a little different due to the responsibilities involved.
It can be difficult to keep learning compliant and agile while also keeping records of learning activity if it is spread through various online platforms, spreadsheets, paper certificates and offline in-person events or not recorded formally at all.
What we have developed should take the headache out of tracking and assigning learning in enterprise businesses.
Inform People’s Solutions
Our compliance and performance management software can provide a cohesive record store of all learning options and outcomes.
We can deploy a variety of modules within the platform to host, record and report on all styles of learning – with ways to assign learning automatically based on job role, and location with additional opt-in options.
We also provide more simple information sharing through the Knowledge Base and Knowledge Share and can record additional information about external learning through Attributes when a certificate or qualification is achieved outside of work but is relevant and worth recording against a user’s profile.

Let’s get technical for a moment...
At the core of our learning provision are the two modules “MSCP” and “Events”, with the addition of Knowledge modules when that fits.
- MSCP stands for Memos, Surveys, Courses and Policies and is used for online learning and other similar sharing and recording of information sharing.
- Events is a module for hosting and recording offline activities, recording attendance, absence reasons, sharing associated materials and tracking pass/fail results if applicable.

- Feedback collection or quiz questions
- Multiple question types:
- Multiple Choice – for questions that can have either one or many correct answers.
- Word Insertion – using drop down selections to complete the spaces in a statement.
- Number and range answers – requires a single or two specific numerical answers and has to be accurate
- Re-order list – move answers up and down the list until they are in the right order
- Text collection – mostly for use in feedback surveys, this is a free text option.
MSCP (Memos, Surveys, Courses and Policies)
Every ‘entity’ in MSCP can have a front end with information and/or a structured quiz for confirming understanding and assuring compliance.
This module allows easy classification between types of information and they can all easily be assigned directly to a person’s task list on their Virtual PA or included within a Pathway for part of a structured learning process beyond the day-to-day.
Lock out & Refresh schedules
Retakes can be unlimited but it is recommended to set a limit on retakes. This will lock a course if failed x number of times. Managers have the ability to unlock another set of attempts.
All courses can be given an expiration window too, linked to the date someone previously completed a course.
MSCP Reporting
Built in reporting for Managers, Senior Managers and Compliance Teams allows them to:
- Track progress and spot non-compliance.
- Make informed decisions with live reporting
- Improve communication and collaboration.
Reporting is also linked to your company’s Organisational Structure which ensures that Managers see their teams, Area Managers see all locations under their area, and if you have Regional or Fascia management then their view is linked to their authority too.
This secures and streamlines access to information – giving management clear achievement figures to track and senior management whole company access. Dig into the details to fuel business analysis with additional Insights Reporting too. Your platform comes with the standard setup for reporting but we can build client specific Insight reports to support your goals and data streams too.
Entities within MSCP are assigned via Filters, and are accessed either directly from the VPA or within Pathways.


Organize all of your training documents in one location.
Use Knowledge Base to host all your content including documents, images and videos while restricting who can access depending on their role and level. Follow up with Knowledge Share to push bundles of information to the right people. Check understanding with a short quiz, a simple confirmation statement or feedback poll.
Events Integrated Into Training to Increase Engagement
Using the Events module you can schedule, record attendance, and if training is involved, record a pass/fail result of learning opportunities too. Make use of the automated reminders for event attendance, and either set courses for self-application or allow managers to book their team members on the courses that fit their schedule.
