THRIVE: Real World Evaluation

Inform People, the Cheshire and Merseyside Endoscopy network, and Health Innovation North West Coast have worked closely to produce the following report about THRIVE – a data collection tool for procedure and turnaround times (THeatre Rooms In Virtual Environments).

What is THRIVE?

We understand that nurses, administrators and consultants on the front line are extremely busy, especially after COVID. THRIVE was designed to help identify capacity in real time with real events. 

Staff use the portal within Endoscopy departments to record the number of appointments, number of procedures carried out, cancellations, late start reasons etc. so that data analysis can be used to see the real life picture, make comparisons regarding performance across other Trusts and see areas for improvement.
